The temporary attorney in the affairs of the DPRK in Moscow Zin Zhon Hep was called to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meeting in the ministry lasted 1 hour 15 minutes, the North Korean diplomat did not communicate with the press, writes Interfax.
