Why did the ex-head of the Klinsky district lose their property for billions of rubles

Six years ago, in 2013, I regularly went to Klin when the local official Alena Sokolskaya, at that time, the head of the district education department, achieved criminal proceedings No. 87452 under Part 2 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code (threat of murder) against journalist Elena Polyakova. The threat of “... based on hatred or enmity in relation to a social group related to the leading composition of the Klinsky municipal district of the Moscow region” The investigation regarded the comment left on the Internet forum:

It was obvious to me that this criminal case would not have any prospects if it were not for the influential spouse of Sokolskaya - the first deputy prosecutor of Moscow Alexander Kozlov. Nevertheless, it came to court. Elena Polyakova, the mother of five children, threatened up to five years in prison. But the court showed humanity, sentencing the journalist to one and a half years of conditional imprisonment.

And already in 2013 it had to be heard that the Klinsky district is “the estate of the prosecutors”, that Alexander Troster is friends not only with the first deputy of the Moscow prosecutor, but also with many other high -ranking employees of the prosecutor's office.

Like, the whole area knows that “the leader has rushed hundreds of real estate objects”, but the “prosecutorial roof” will not give him offense.

In 2014, tonsured retired. The area was headed by Alena Sokolskaya, who was recommended by Troster. The first thing that the Protective of the trunk initiated was the assignment of the ex-head of the title “Honorary Citizen of the Klinsky District”.

And today he is a defendant in the criminal case under three articles of the Criminal Code - abuse of authority (Article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), official forgery (Article 292 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and receiving a bribe (Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

It is said in Klin that Troster fell in disfavor when he spoke at a rally against garbage dumps in the spring of 2018. But this is unlikely. By that time, the ex-head had already seriously quarreled with his protege Alena Sokolskaya. And it is precisely the tonsure that they attribute to the participation in the plums on the Internet about the foreign real estate of Sokolskaya and her wife Alexander Kozlov, who was appointed by the prosecutor of the Tula region in 2015. Kozlov reached the goal, in May 2018 he was fired from the prosecutor’s organs. And already in June, tonside was detained in Sheremetyevo.

Through the prism of spoiled relationships of Troster and Sokolskaya, a criminal case against the ex-head of the district and the “appeal to the state’s income” 1699 real estate objects look like a small-town showdown, revenge for the dismissal of Kozlov, and not a total struggle with corruption.
