Pavel Ustinov was found guilty under the article on the attack on an employee of the Russian Guard after being detained at a protest on August 3. He was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison. According to investigators, Ustinov, during his arrest, provoked a shoulder dislocation in the National Guard. The actor himself said that he did not resist the arrest, and this is confirmed by video recordings.
