"Voice": A member of the commission in St. Petersburg was hit by the alleged curator of the "carousel workers"

The man who attacked Vasily Dyachenko, a member of the precinct commission No. 1619 with an advisory vote, in St. Petersburg probably controlled the "carousel" at that precinct. This is the conclusion reached by Sergei Piskunov, coordinator of the "Voice" movement in Kemerovo Oblast, who studied video recordings from the precinct.

The attacker arrived at the polling station at 12:15, and half an hour later people started coming there to be written down by hand on the unnumbered pages of the voter lists. At 1:45 p.m., Dyachenko asked to see these pages, but he was refused. When Dyachenko approached the book again at 2:15 p.m., two chairs were placed in the corridor - according to Piskunov, this was a signal to the "carousel voters" that they should not come in again.

At 15:25, the man who was watching the "carousel" left the polling station, but on the way he punched Dyachenko in the stomach. Piskunov notes that 33 of the 54 "carouselers" were captured on video from other polling stations.

• Immediately after the attack, Dyachenko turned to the police officer on duty at the station. She did not react to Dyachenko's screams or to his requests to take action.
• Dyachenko told Meduza that he filed a complaint with the Investigative Committee on September 13.
