Donald Trump announces sanctions against the National Bank of Iran

US President Donald Trump announced the introduction of sanctions against the National Bank of Iran, Reuters reports.

Trump did not elaborate on the sanctions. US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said the National Bank of Iran is Tehran's last source of funds.

Earlier, the United States accused Iran of attacking oil facilities of Saudi Aramco, the national oil company of Saudi Arabia.
