The mother of the minor Olga Misik, who attended protest shares with the Constitution, came to pay a fine on the administrative case of the daughter three hours before consideration of the case in the commission on minors. This was reported by a lawyer from the OTD-Info Tatyana Solomina.
In the Account on State Services, Guzel Gafuryanovna, mother of Olga Misik, found that on September 17 she was sent an account for paying a fine of 10 thousand rubles under part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an unaccounted event, entailed the creation of interference with infrastructure).
However, on the same day, a meeting of the commission on minors of the Voskresensky district was a meeting a little later, at which the consideration of this administrative case under part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for march on June 12 was postponed to October 1. Two days later, public services appeared that the fine was canceled.
