In Ingushetia, a court extended until December 3 the arrest of five accused of using violence against policemen at a rally on March 26 in Magas. This is reported by MBKh Media with reference to the lawyer Aslan Archakov.

“At the moment, the case is in the Supreme Court of Russia. They changed the jurisdiction to the Stavropol Territory. And today they extended the term of detention until December 3. It is not yet known when the merits of the case will be dealt with in court, ”the lawyer is quoted by MBKh Media.

• Earlier, the same defendants in the case pleaded guilty and asked the court to consider the case in a special manner. According to Archakov's lawyer, two of them, Musa Pliev and Ingiskhan Azhigov, confessed to throwing stones at Russian Guard officers. “Rosguards beat the old people with batons, my clients just wanted them to move away and not beat the defenseless old people,” the defender said.
