The Moscow Regional Court left unchanged the preventive measure for Roman Udot, a member of the board of the “Voice” movement.

The Moscow Regional Court dismissed an appeal against the preventive measure of Roman Udot, a member of the council of the Golos movement for the protection of voters' rights. This was written by the regional coordinator of the "Voice" in the Moscow region Inna Karezina.

The court upheld Udot's preventive measure: a ban on certain actions. He cannot leave the apartment from 20:00 to 07:00, communicate with the participants in the case, use means of communication and attend rallies.

During the meeting, according to Karezina, the judge did not allow all the arguments in his defense to be fully stated, he hurried him. Udot asked to change the measure to a written undertaking not to leave, so that he could see his son in another city and work fully. During the 4 months of the alleged investigation, the investigative actions by which the prosecutor justifies the existing measure of restraint were carried out only once.
