The Vasileostrovsky District Court of St. Petersburg did not arrest the activist of Agatrossia Pavel Ivankin, who was accused of abuse of the burials of the dead. In the case, a lawyer from the OTD-info Mark Alekseev, as well as the public defender Dinar Idrisov, worked in the case.
Pavel Ivankin and Andrei Zheksimbayev was detained on September 21 in connection with the publication in the Agyt Russia Telecetrail from the action, in which the unknown attached portraits of the first persons to the grave crosses in the cemetery. The administrator of this channel, Pavel Ivankin, is suspected of abuse of the bodies of the deceased and places of their burial (paragraph “a” part 2 of article 244 of the Criminal Code).

The prosecutor proposed to leave Pavel Ivankin in custody until October 21, 2019, but there was no evidence of his involvement in the action. Ivankina was released from the courtroom.
