Petersburg activists wrote an open letter to the city government with a demand not to demolish SKK

Petersburg activists opposing the demolition of the sports and concert complex wrote an open letter to the government of St. Petersburg.

In circulation, activists note that the SCC is a direct competitor built in recent years of sports facilities, "many of which are private." They also note that instead of sportscomplpex and the adjacent square, parking and festival sites will appear, with which local residents do not agree.

In August, Petersburgers went to the SCC at the Victory Park with mass pickets for preserving the sports complex and green areas around it. Dozens of people came to the action.

In place of the UKC, they can build the largest ice arena in Europe. “Paper” told in detail why the authorities can demolish the building, how, supposedly, a new arena would look like if it is built, and who opposes the construction of the stadium.
