The Voice movement, which is engaged in the search for violations when voting in Russia , demanded that the election commission of St. Petersburg recognize the results of elections in 24 municipalities of the city. According to the movement, gross violations were recorded on them that did not allow identifying the will of citizens. The application is published on the organization’s website.
“Voice” writes that on a single voting day in St. Petersburg there was an abnormally high vote at home , physical violence against members of the commissions and their illegal elimination from the sites. In addition, the organization said that in some municipalities there were stuffing ballots, “carousels” and the bribery of voters.
According to the movement, the rules were violated when counting the votes: the chairmen of the commissions ran away with the ballots, without compiling the final protocol, "with obvious police assistance." When summing up the results of the elections in terms of municipalities, the final protocols rewritten, they say in the movement.
The largest number of violations was recorded in the work of the Yekaterinhofsky, "Posadsky", "Sampsonievskoye" and "Star". In these municipalities, violations were at every stage of the elections, they say in the movement. More details with the list of municipalities in which they found violations can be found on the organization’s website .
Earlier, the head of the CEC Ella Pamfilova said that the results of the elections in a number of municipalities of St. Petersburg may be canceled. “I believe that there are grounds for canceling [voting results] in a number of municipalities. But how the courts are suitable for this, how reasonably the applicants are suitable, this also largely depends on [the possibility of cancellation], ”she said.
