There was no information in the case materials that Kotov is currently in a pre-trial detention center after being sentenced for allegedly repeated violations at rallies. The judge considered it possible to consider the case in Kotov’s absence and found him guilty of the fact that on July 10, in the Reutov City Court, he “sweared loudly, shouted, made scandals, knocked on the door, and showed disrespect towards court employees.”
- On July 10, in the Reutov City Court, after a hearing in the case of Yevgeny Kurakin, who is being persecuted for political reasons, several listeners were detained , including Kotov. The arrest was carried out by unknown armed men in masks, they beat the listeners with batons, and also blocked the entrance to the courthouse.
