"Crimean saboteurs" Bessarabov and the pipe are transported to Moscow

Convicts in the case of the "Crimean saboteurs" by Alexei Bessarabov and Vladimir Dudk began to be transferred from the pre -trial detention center of Simferopol to Moscow. On Wednesday, they were already on a shipment in Krasnodar, the website of Crimea. Realities reported with reference to lawyer Sergei Legostov.

In early September , it became known that the Dudka and Bessarabov were going to deliver to Moscow so that the Supreme Court of Russia considers the complaint against the sentence to him. The meeting is scheduled for mid -October.

Residents of Sevastopol Vladimir Dudka and Alexei Bessarabov were detained by the FSB in the annexed Crimea in November 2016. A year later, they were sentenced to 14 years in prison on charges of preparing sabotage and illegal storage of explosives. According to investigators, Dudka and Bessarabov were participants in the sabotage and terrorist group of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian side denies the belonging of convicts to the power structures of the country. The defendants themselves do not plead guilty and consider the criminal case as fabricated. In particular, the protection of the so-called "saboteurs" claims that the SIM-cards, which were seized from them during the search, based on billing, were previously used near buildings belonging to the FSB of Russia.

• The third accused in the case of the Crimean saboteurs, Dmitry Styblikov, who also worked at the Ukrainian Center for the Study of Geopolitical Problems, went on a deal with the investigation and was sentenced to five years in prison.
• All three did not fall on the list of prisoners and held persons released on September 7 during the exchange between Russia and Ukraine.
