A priest who has 70 adopted children was arrested in Orenburg

In Orenburg, the rector of the Holy Trinity monastery Nikolai Zapsky was arrested, he was charged with rape, depraved actions and non-fulfillment of parental duties. It is reported by "Echo of Moscow in Orenburg."

The publication emphasizes that law enforcement agencies are not officially commenting on the case, the accused himself does not give comments. According to TASS, the trial was held closed.

"Echo" claims that Zapsky was detained last Tuesday, the Orenday publication writes that on Monday. Local media reports that seven minors are undergoing victims in the case. In total, 70 foster children are on the upbringing in the priest’s family.

According to the Echo of Moscow in Orenburg, the adult daughter of Zapsky and his son -in -law were also arrested. The case of illegal deprivation of liberty is investigated in relation to them, the media do not cite its details.
