The student was fined under the article on dissemination of extremist materials for the song “Gardens are waiting for us”

A student at a multidisciplinary college in the Republic of North Ossetia was fined under an article on the production and distribution of extremist materials for possessing an audio recording of VKontakte. This is reported by the publication "Kavkaz. Realii” with reference to the press service of the Supreme Court of North Ossetia.

Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs found on the page in the social network "VKontakte" an audio recording of Timur Mutsuraev's song "Gardens are waiting for us." By the decision of the Leninsky District Court of Tyumen of September 17, 2014, this song was recognized as extremist material and is included in the corresponding list of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation under number 2561.

The student was found guilty under the article on the production and distribution of extremist materials (20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and fined 1,000 rubles.
