Eduard Malyshevsky is a builder, he is 47 years old, he is the most unpopular defendant in Moscow business. The first in detail about his case on September 12 wrote Mediazona. Then the politician Dmitry Gudkov - he and Edward were one ATS after the rally on July 27: “There are no one to pull out completely unknown people like Edward. See how much pickets were for him, letters - zero. Still! A former criminal from Udmurtia, in the capital, even received a passport only a year ago - who needs it? ” Malyshevsky is accused under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - "The use of violence that is not dangerous to health, to a representative of the authorities." According to him, he was already sitting in Avtosak when he saw that on the street they swung batons on women - and knocked out the glass of the bus. The glass fell entirely - he was picked up by the people standing nearby. Later it turned out that it hit one of the police officers, he felt pain from the blow.

The road to Udmurtia

- Outwardly, he does not look at all the same as I know him inside. Outwardly, he is rude. But in fact, this is a person who is able to feel very subtly, ”says Eduard Alfiya, his civilian wife. She almost in a whisper recalls the good moments of their life: - We are touched by one films, we love to read together, then quote it. At his last term, I sent him a lot of books and made sure that not a single book was left to not read. He marked something for himself with a pencil, remembered.

Eduard was born in the village of Evgenievka in the Alma-Ata region of Kazakhstan. His father was engaged in his upbringing. “As far as I know from Edik’s stories, his father noticed him only at such moments when he would do something,” says Alfiya. - He was already from adolescence with the stigma of "bad." He will do something bad-only then they will pay attention to him, albeit at least in the form of a belt. ”

Grandmother was engaged in the education of Edward. She instilled in him a crazy love for books. He graduated from eight classes of the school and entered the culinary college - there he received a specialization of the cook.

For the first theft of Eduard, they detained at the age of 18 - he stole a motorcycle. Alfiya tells - all that happened next is the consequences of his hit on the criminal environment: "He acquired the first friends in the zone." After Eduard pleaded guilty, he was released on a recognizance not to leave. The father advised his son to go to his friend to Udmurtia - the man got there by hitchhiking. He served all his next deadlines in this region.

Father Absolute

In total, Malyshevsky had four criminal records, he sat for about 10 years and always under the same articles of the Criminal Code: 158th (“theft”) and 162nd (“robbery”).

- As he explained to me: “I was Robin Hood, I never touched honest workers, it was always (on his jargon)“ commerce ”. It is clear that I do not share his views in relation to people who are engaged in commerce. If my life turned out differently, I would have to deal with it myself, ”says Alfiya. Life turned out so that for some time she worked as a prison doctor. And I met Edward at the moment when he was serving his last term.

Alfiya tells when she first saw him in a black prison robe, the first thought was: "What a bright one." The woman recalls that Malyshevsky stood out among all prisoners in the colony: “In the zone, he somehow read the poem“ Commandment ”of Kipling. When I managed to talk with him (he was hospitalized in a prison hospital with a headache), I saw that despite the dark past, this person remains a big child. ”

In 2010, Edward left the colony and moved to Izhevsk to his future civilian wife.

- It is important for me how a person relates to homeless animals, he specially bought them food, never passed just like that. He could concentrate and purposefully from the heart to devote himself to some kind of business. Our kitchen set is his work. He got up in the middle of the night, made up drawings, made a wardrobe in the living room. My friends saw this furniture, they say "it is clear that a person is with their hands."

Alfiya several times especially notes the main thing that helped her husband change her life - in 2013, Edward suddenly felt a strong connection with God, he called him the “father of the Absolute”: “From that moment, everything turned 180 degrees,” the woman notes. She says that Eduard's environment has changed dramatically, he got acquainted with the members of the “Revelation” movement, who call themselves “co -creators” and “send love to space” [ followers of the movement called Leonid Maslov, whose book “Revelation to the People of the New Age” was included in the list of extremist materials ].

At one of the previous places of work - at a private enterprise for the manufacture of greenhouses - colleagues nicknamed Edward “Holy” for constant conversations about God.

“There was no room for anything dishonest. I was sure that nothing could happen that he was behind bars, ”Alfiya recalls.

Eduard has a 16-year-old daughter Katya, who, before his detention at a rally in Moscow, he fully provided. “I noticed this in the zone - he maintained a connection with the girl’s grandmother, any of his earnings that he did, he always listed his daughter,” says Alfia. Eduard applies to her children as relatives, the woman has two sons - 9 and 10 years old. “When I lived with us, I went in for sports with boys. From Moscow he sent a parcel for them with boxing gloves. ” Eduard came to Moscow for the first time in 2017, worked on the construction of the stadium. In the capital he rented housing, later he began to engage in decoration of apartments.

It was July 27, an unauthorized action in the city center for the admission of independent candidates for elections to the Moscow City Duma. Alfiya did not immediately understand what was happening: "I wrote to him that I was worried." He called back when they began to allow relatives to call them, said where he was. I thought that everything, as he said, he said "I was detained for the" bully ", would be released on August 9, do not worry."

Since he called every day, I really was not worried and was sure that this would end. ” Eduard served 13 days of administrative arrest, like many other detainees on July 27 in Moscow. However, on August 30 he was again detained - already in a criminal case, for "the application of violence in relation to a representative of the authorities."

According to the case file, “Eduard Malyshevsky, while on a police bus (...), having an intent to use violence against a representative of the authorities (...), intending to cause a pain to a police officer standing on the street (...)”

“The police, who were responsible for his detention, said that he was in the front row of political activists,” says Alexander Aldaev, representing the interests of Malyshevsky, “new” lawyer of Agora. - Allegedly, he shouted, behaved noisily and expressed his political position in every way - they did not like it.

Aldaev says that, according to Malyshevsky, he did not see an employee under the window, “because the level of view did not allow you to see that someone was there”: “The glass fell on the employee, and the employee claims that it hooked his shoulder and head. Although it was fully equipped, there was a helmet on his head, and he himself was in the Cosmonaut costume. It fell intact and also put it back. That's all the crime in which Edward is to blame. ”

The video, which is captured by the very detention of Edward, has already appeared on the network. It begins from the moment of detention - two policemen lead a man under his arms. It takes about two minutes - all this time protesters on Tverskaya and the police are squeezing each other, between them fences. Suddenly, a window flies out of the autosak parked at the sidewalk. It can be seen that he was knocked out. At the same time, the window falls exactly into the hands of protesters who are in the front row of the fence who catch it. The police insert the window back.

Alfiya says that she never discussed political topics with her husband: “I adhere to the position that the world needs to be changed, the only ones we can change is ourselves. He told me: "I will try to convey to people that there is just another way to change the world - a peaceful protest."

Eduard does not complain about the conditions for the conditions in the pre -trial detention center (the Basmanny Court arrested him on September 2). The volunteers brought him warm clothes, shoes and notebooks for the records that he especially asked. True, the notebooks and warm shoes for some reason did not reach it. Alfiya is worried about her husband’s health - during the last imprisonment he had serious problems with the lungs.

“Such a pile of trials can fall to the share of the protagonist only in someone’s plot, but we have real life. Now I understand how superficial my first impression was in the police department, ”says Dmitry Gudkov. “In fact, in front of us is a person who is trying to escape to go on the Torny Road, and fate and the state blindly and mercilessly pushing him from there.”

Alfiya is lamented that, unlike many other defendants in Moskovsky, Malyshevsky does not have mitigating circumstances for the sentence - there are no young children, he was also previously prosecuted.

“He never tried on the position of the victim,” Alfiya continues - he always understood that any his jamb or, more precisely, the misconduct would have its consequences. Even when unscrupulous employers calculated with him, violating the initial contract or significantly delayed the payment of his work, he could look at the situation as if from above and explained this by the fact that he was paying for his previous debts.

The other day in the case of Eduard Malyshevsky, investigative actions were completed. Next week, the case will go to the prosecutor’s office, and a week later, if the prosecutor's office approves the indictment, Malyshevsky will be sentenced.

The criminal case of the “mass riots”, which the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, started after peaceful street shares on July 27 and August 3, demanded more than 200 thousand people.
