Three Moscow activists were arrested under the article of disobedience to FSO officers

The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow arrested three activists of the Movement project, Andrei Orel, Maxim Obodets and Dmitry Zolotov, under the article of disobedience to employees of the Federal Security Service (Part 5 of Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). about this with reference to lawyer Yuri Senchev. writes MBKh Media

According to activists, on September 30, a car with flashing lights ran into Obodets. They claim that at first the traffic police officers were going to draw up a report on the hit-and-run, but then “decided to replay it.”

At the police department in the Kitay-Gorod district, reports were drawn up against the activists and they were left overnight until the trial.

Andrei Orel was arrested for 15 days, Maxim Obodets and Dmitry Zolotov for 13.
