There is something to dig. The Ukrainian company "Burism", belonging to the associate of Yanukovych, invited her son Biden to the board of directors immediately after the fall of Yanukovych. Hunter Biden received 50 thousand dollars a month. After the Ukrainian Prosecutor General Shokin started a criminal case against Burisms, Biden Sr. insisted on the dismissal of Shokin, threatening to stop Ukraine’s loan at $ 1 billion. Voluntarily or involuntarily, but the American vice president acted as the “roof” of “Burisms”.

Trump saw corruption in Biden’s actions, and the American democrats saw in Trump’s actions an attempt to use the president’s position in order to deal with the future political competitor, with the hands of a foreign government.

This is a criminal case against Sergei Kurchenko, which has been investigated by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine since 2014. Sergey Kurchenko is a businessman whose name in Ukraine is even more odious than the name of the owner of the “Burisms” of Nikolai Zlochevsky. Kurchenko owed his take-off under Yanukovych contacts with Yanukovych Jr. and Arbuzov and was considered one of the main "wallets" of the regime.

Now Kurchenko is on the international wanted list, according to rumors, in Moscow at Rublevka, and is also responsible (also rumored) for the financial support of the DPR, that is, he is engaged in the dirtiest business of the possible ones: the operation of enterprises selected from their owners in the territory controlled by militants in uniform and without shoulder straps for the purpose of maintaining these militants.

The criminal case of Kurchenko in Ukraine has several hundred volumes, and one of his episodes is the purchase by Sergey Kurchenko of the Kherson oil refill from Nikolai Zlochevsky, the owner of the Burisms.

The position of the investigation lies in the fact that this purchase was paid by money obtained by criminal means, and it was precisely this money, “won by a wicked gentry in especially large sizes,” were launched by Nikolai Zlochevsky to pay members of the Board of Burism. In particular, 1 million euros was transferred to the expense of the ex-president of Poland Alexander Kvasnevsky, and 3,404,712.82 dollars to the account of Rosemont Seneca, representing the interests of Hunter Biden.

Who is Nikolai Zlochevsky and how was Biden in his board?

Nikolai Zlochevsky created his first campaign back in the 90s. It was called "infox" and traded gasoline. The time was tough, and gasoline trading at that time took place according to the same rules as alcohol trade in the United States during the dry law. People from this business left the harsh and lived violently. The then Partner of Zlochevsky in business, Nikolai Lisin, died in 2011, crashing into Lamborghini drunk with a girl into a Kiev road pillar at a speed of 270 km/h.

Business in Ukraine is inseparable from politics and corruption. In 2002, Nikolai Zlochevsky founded “Burism”- a private company engaged in oil and gas production, and in the same year went to parliament from the Medvedchuk party. Viktor Medvedchuk, as you know, is Kum of Vladimir Putin and the most pro -Russian politician in Ukraine.

From Medvedchuk, Zlochevsky moved to the Party of Regions and, as evil languages ​​say, he helped a lot in the election of Yanukovych. In response, Yanukovych appointed the owner of the “Burisms” by the Minister of Ecology. The Minister of Ecology in Ukraine, among other things, was in charge of the issuance of oil and gas production licenses.

After this case, the Burisms went wonderful.

Zlochevsky-Minister began to give out licenses. And he gave them out, you will laugh,-Zlochevsky-entrepreneur.

Sometimes (although, I must admit, not so often) these licenses were previously canceled by the previous owners. There was no such simplicity even in Russia. As one of my interlocutors noted: "Assets were acquired exclusively in the framework of the frontal corruption with Yanukovych."

For several years, the leadership of the Zlochevsky-Burism, Zlochevsky-commercial, became the second largest oil and gas company in Ukraine.

The first largest oil and gas company in Ukraine at that time was Neftegazvobych, and it was founded by anyone else like Peter Poroshenko. After Poroshenko turned to the opposition, he was squeezed out of his company, and by 2005 Nestor Shufrich, Surkis and Medvedchuk became co -owners of the “oil and gas”. By 2013, Shufrich began to look back at Zlochevsky and, apparently, realized that the company had to be sold until it was squeezed out again.

As a result, Shufrich sold the company to the chief patron of Yanukovych, the Donetsk oligarch Rinat Akhmetov, probably because Zlochevsky Akhmetov was not his teeth. The sale took place in 2013, in 2014, Yanukovych flooded, Poroshenko became the president of Ukraine after the Maidan, and, as evil tongues say, Akhmetov asked: did he understand that he bought a stolen one. As evil languages ​​again say, Akhmetov understood the hint and hastened to compensate the president with moral and material suffering.

Let us return, however, to the extraordinary commercial successes of “Burisms”. After Maidan, Zlochevsky was put on the wanted list, his accounts in the UK were arrested. However, instead of escaping, like Kurchenko, to Moscow, Zlochevsky acted smarter. He invited a number of international celebrities to the Burisma Holdings Board. One of them, in particular, was the ex-president of Poland Alexander Kvasnevsky.

The other was Hunter Biden, the son of US Vice President Joe Biden, who just began to be responsible for relations with Ukraine. In fact, Nikolai Zlochevsky (instead of paying for the roof of the Russian FSB or the Ukrainian SBU) found other beneficiaries.

Hunter Biden, who had no special oil experience, received 50 thousand dollars per month from Zlochevsky. In total, as John Solomon from The Hill, “American company Hunter Biden, Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, received regular transfers for one of its accounts usually more than $ 166,000 per month, from“ Burism ”from spring 2014 to autumn 2015, at the very period when Bidden vice president was the main American the official who was responsible for Ukraine and its difficult relations with Russia. ”

Further versions of events diverge. According to one of them, the new Prosecutor General of Ukraine Shokin ran into “Burism” so that she would unfasten something to him, as it should be according to concepts. After that, Biden Sr. demanded the dismissal of the prosecutor Shokin from Ukraine, threatening that if Shokin was not fired, then the country would not receive a loan of a billion dollars.

The ex-Vice-President Biden was so inexplicable that he boasted this feat in 2018 at a public event, while calling Shokin “Sukin Son”.

“If the prosecutor is not dismissed, you will not receive money. Well, son of a bitch. He was fired, ”said Biden.

Both the Prosecutor General of Shokin, and his successor, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko, were binded by Biden and Burism. The Ukrainian authorities are not particularly closed, and one of my interlocutors who were in those days near President Poroshenko said that he had heard the telephone conversation of President Poroshenko, in which he said that Bidden demanded two things: to stop the wrong tax reform and dismiss Shokin. "What does Shokin have to do with it?" “And he and Kolya Nabedochil,” President Poroshenko allegedly answered on the phone.

Informed people also tell a more funny version of events, according to which Shokin at first had nothing to do with checking “Burisms”. According to this version, the young deputy Vitaly Kasko, who belonged to the breed of young Ukrainian idealists, who focused on the United States, like Danilyuk and Mustafa Nayyem, began the audit. Kasko constantly heard in Washington that it was necessary to deal with corruption, and decided to deal with one of the most noticeable cases of corruption in the Yanukovych government. In Washington, the poor fellow did not warn that it was impossible to deal with cases of corruption in which the son of Biden Vice President appears.

For the first time, Hunter Biden with Burism was told by The New York Times in 2015, and in 2018 this whole story was investigated in detail by the author of The Clinton Cash Peter Schweitzer in his next bestseller Secret Empires: How the American Political Classes Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends.

In Ukraine itself, she became a reason for maneuvers. So, immediately after the election of the President of Zelensky, then the then prosecutor of Ukraine, Yuri Lutsenko, in an interview with the conservative The Hill that Biden’s position on Burism raises his questions that he would “discuss with the new US prosecutor general William Barr”. In fact, in translation, the phrase Lutsenko meant: "Please leave me to the prosecutor general at Zelensky."

The Prosecutor General of Lutsenko was not left, but the phrase, perhaps, was noticed. In any case, President Trump was going to send his personal lawyer Juliani to the inauguration of Zelensky. The trip fell off, and Juliani said that he thought to meet Zelensky, because in his environment there are people who are too close to Trump's enemies. (Under these people, apparently, the well -known Ukrainian journalist Sergei Leshchenko, who really told a lot about the activities of Manafort in Ukraine.) However, all my Ukrainian interlocutors claim that it was Zelensky, not wanting to get involved in intraspecific Washington analysis, refused to meet Juliani.

One way or another, Juliani did not come, and President Trump, instead of discussing the question that interests him through Juliani, inadvertently discussed him directly in a conversation with Zelensky.

Now Trump and Biden are both in an unenviable situation.

Ex-Vice-President of the United States Biden acted as the roof of Zlochevsky; President Trump, in a conversation with the president of another country, asked him to dig up his future opponent in the election.

I must say that all participants in the scandal arising from Trump’s call are guided exclusively by political considerations, and here the matter that we have already mentioned at the very beginning can play an important role-against Sergei Kurchenko.

The thing is that Nikolai Zlochevsky (for all his influence), undoubtedly, was inferior in his status to Sergey Kurchenko. Kurchenko wished to buy a Kherson oil refinery - and the transshipment had to be sold.

After the dismissal of Shokin, all cases against Zlochevsky were closed. However, the criminal case of Sergei Kurchenko has been investigated since 2014, and the investigation, in particular, suspected Kurchenko that the money that entered the Burisms accounts was dirty. According to the plot of the prosecution, it was this dirty money that later entered the accounts of the company Hunter Biden.

It is easy to notice that this existing criminal case is knocked out of the hands of the Democrats in Congress a rather significant trump card. After all, Trump is accused of putting pressure on the President of Zelensky so that he began to investigate Biden's corruption. But the investigation has been going on for a long time. Rosemont Seneca was mentioned in the documents of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General as a recipient of money that had a criminal origin long before all pressure from Trump.
