The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow filed two lawsuits against opposition politicians. Information about the lawsuits appeared on the website of the Simonovsky District Court of Moscow. It is reported by MBH Media.
In the first lawsuit, Ivan Zhdanov, Vladimir Milov, Alexei Navalny, Lyubov Sobol, Alexander Solovyov, Oleg Stepanov and Ilya Yashin appear as defendants, in the second - Georgy Alburov and Lyubov Sobol.
- On September 10, the Koptevsky District Court upheld Mosgortrans’ lawsuit against politician Alexei Navalny, municipal deputies Ilya Yashin and Yulia Galyamina, FBK director Ivan Zhdanov, general producer of Navalny LIVE Lyubov Sobol, opposition leader Vladimir Milov and Alexander Solovyov, and coordinator of Navalny’s Moscow headquarters Oleg Stepanovum for the recovery of 1,218,591 rubles for the delay in the movement of public route transport during the actions.
- In July, the Moscow Metro, as well as Mosgortrans, Avtomobilnye Dorogi and OOO ANCOR, demanded that the leaders of the summer protests in Moscow recover more than 13 million rubles in damage allegedly caused by the actions.
