In addition to recently becoming the coordinator of Navalny's headquarters, Pashutkin was the coordinator of the Open Russia movement and remains a member of its board. In this regard, Pashutkin fears criminal prosecution under 284.1 of the Criminal Code (carrying out activities of an undesirable organization).

“They found out that I left the country and began to react violently. This was the last straw,” said Pashutkin.
