On the evening of October 1, a picketer was detained outside the Russian consulate in Munich. This was reported to OVD-Info by his friend.
Russian Viktor decided to hold a demonstration against police brutality, he stood at the Russian consulate with a rubber truncheon. According to OVD-Info, the picketer was detained by the German police at the request of the consulate staff. They took away Victor's phone and threatened to put him in jail for being in a public place with a weapon, the baton was taken away, photos and videos were deleted from the phone. Later, the detainee was released, but after a few minutes he stopped communicating.
At the time of writing the news, it is not possible to contact Victor.
On October 2 , Victor's acquaintance reported that the detainee had been released.
2 October 19:15 Victor on his Facebook page told about the details of the demonstration and stressed that representatives of the Russian consulate demanded that the police detain him.
