The story with the Nyandom Central District Hospital attracted public attention only this fall. However, the conflict of ambulances with the head physician of the hospital Elena Maksimova has been going on for a long time-due to gasoline.

As Pavel Denisov explained, usually ambulance cars are filled with gas, but not so long ago one of them broke and the driver was given a reserve - gasoline, setting fuel consumption rates no more than 13 liters during the day and no more than seven liters at night. Denisov claims that there was a catastrophically lacking for the night change of this norm. The overrun of the fuel and lubricants in the hospital was called theft and several times calculated the costs of the salary of drivers. Over the past year, several ships have passed about this. The court ordered the institution to return all the funds withheld from the salaries of employees, calling the actions of the Central District Hospital illegal. In addition, over the past six months, the court ordered the hospital to restore two illegally dismissed employees at work.

According to Pavel Denisov, with this letter the head physician and the head of the personnel department Olga Kuznetsova went around all the employees of the hospital, forcing him to sign. People note that either younger personnel or department managers put their signatures.

Elena Maksimov was offended by Pavel Denisov’s photographs even personally, in connection with which she wrote a statement to the police to him and paramedic Ekaterina Smirnova.

- I was called to the police department, I gave an explanation, the husband of the head physician wrote to me.
