The State Duma is moving due to repairs. But very close
President Vladimir Putin signed an order to move the State Duma for the duration of the repair - to the House of Unions (Bolshaya Dmitrovka, 1), located in the neighborhood of the Duma building on Okhotny. The State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin announced the move back in 2018 after complaints about the flowing roof, and Vedomosti found that funds for renting the House of Unions are registered in the new budget. According to an explanatory note, about 32 million rubles a month will spend at least until the end of 2021.
