Novgorod: the dismissed children's doctor recovered at work through the court

The Novgorod District Court restored at the work of the ENT doctor of the children's clinical hospital Rowland Titrik, reports Novgorod.ru. The dismissal order was declared invalid.

At the previous court hearing, a hospital lawyer who acts as a defendant in the case invited the doctor to conclude a settlement agreement with restoration in her former position, but the plaintiff did not arrange the proposed salary.

Rowland Titrik became the third doctor of the children's hospital, who managed to recover. Earlier, the head of the ENT department Ruslan Uragaliev and the ENT doctor Daria Tsvetkova returned to work by decision of the court. The fourth doctor of the ENT department - Ekaterina Roshchina - withdrew the lawsuit and went to work in St. Petersburg.

In 2018, healthcare optimization was announced in the Novgorod region. The round -the -clock hospitals of several district hospitals were liquidated and dozens of medical personnel bets were reduced.

In protest against optimization, small salaries and poor working conditions, doctors in Okulovka and Gratskoye declared an Italian strike.

The dismissal of doctors in the regional children's hospital began in June 2019. At the same time, medical rates were reduced in the ENT department from 9.75 to two bets. The parents of the hospital on June 29 reached a picket against optimization.

On September 30, the Minister of Health of the Novgorod Region Antonina Savolyuk quit at her own free will.
