Novgorod: The doctor is trying to return the position through the court

In Veliky Novgorod, the former head of the traumatology department of the children's clinical hospital, Dmitry Lobko, is trying to restore his former position through the court. Lobly fired in November 2018 under the pretext of "production necessity."

The doctor told in court that a month before dismissal, he wrote a statement to the head doctor of the hospital, in which he spoke about the problems of the department and proposed some decisions. A few weeks later, the hospital administration demanded that the head sign the order to reorganize the department. According to the proposed scheme in the trauma department of the children's hospital, two duties were assigned to one employee. Lobly asked the administration to provide an explanatory note.

According to Novgorod.ru , a little later during the meeting, the clinic’s leadership announced the dismissal of a medic from the post of head of the department. The former leader was transferred to the post of traumatologist. Under an employment contract, the salary rate decreased from 12.9 thousand rubles to 11.5 thousand rubles.

Lobly explained to the judge that he signed an agreement to reduce the salary, was afraid due to the conflict with the hospital administration to remain without work.

During the meeting, the representative of the hospital proposed to resolve the conflict and simply increase the salary long, but the physician refused, saying that he was fundamentally restored for him.
