"The lawyers told me to confess"
Danil has a very difficult situation on the eve of the appeal. His case was considered in a special order, that is, without researching evidence collected in the criminal case (including without watching the video himself, where the fugitive is supposedly enough for the police officer - “supposedly”, because Diana cannot accurately identify him on the set). This means that with a high degree of probability, the Moscow City Court will also not watch how serious “moral and physical harm” the fugitive caused the victim. To take a special order and admit the fault of the fugitive was convinced by his acquaintances of business lawyers. Danil’s wife signed the agreement with the Agora lawyer Ilnur Sharapov just a couple of days ago.
The lawyer of the Agora Ilnur Sharapov told Novye that his client was about to write a letter about his case as a newspaper. To have time to report the information until the day of appeal, Danil handed the first part of the letter to his wife through a lawyer. Initially, he had three paid lawyers: Yana, Timur [surnames are unknown to the wife of the fugitive] and Stanislav Rybchinsky - the old acquaintances of Danila. Also, among the defenders who came to the fugitive in the temporary detention center, was Ilnur Sharapov from Agora. Having trusted in the advice of familiar lawyers, and not Sharapov, the fugitive took a special order: “Ilnur said that one cannot confess to what was not. But since Danil did not know Ilnur, he decided to believe them, ”the fugitive’s wife explains.
“They did not understand at all, and I am not a lawyer and was in a stressful situation,” the fugitive writes in a letter to Novaya Gazeta. In a letter, he also recalls that the day after his arrest, the investigator came to him and also assured the man that if he did not confess, the fugitive was waiting for the maximum term.

Interrogation in the ATS
The fugitive is 27 years old, he is an entrepreneur, works in the production of soaring beds [visually they seem to hang in the air]. There is a video on the Web in which a man who looks like a fugitive (in a white sweater with a hood) runs to the police on July 27 in a white sweater. Applying the strength, they try to detain the protester, and for a second the fugitive is enough for one of them by the sleeve to let the person let go. Then Danil bounces to the side. The police noticed him, but detained him later. This video in court was not studied precisely due to the special procedure for the consideration of the case. “I could not look at it calmly and held his hand [to the police officer] from a strike on the guy’s head,” Danil explains in a letter. - After that, they stopped hitting him. Then I walked away, and the boy took the boy to the car. I headed towards the car, after some time a car carrier drove up, police officers ran out of it. Also on social networks there was a video from the Tverskaya police department, where the fugitive was delivered. He retells the interlocutor on the phone what happened to him:

First, Danil was charged under Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Participation in the riots”), but after a few days the article was changed to part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("The use of violence that is not dangerous to life and health, to the representative of the authorities").
"Live in politics"

Danil very asked the judge not to give him a real term, because he himself grew up without a father and does not want the children to survive the same.
