The prosecutor's office again refused to initiate a case against the daughter of Anastasia Shevchenko

The prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Rostov-on-Don for the second time refused to initiate an administrative case against the minor daughter of Anastasia Shevchenko, Vlada Shevchenko. She wrote about this on Facebook.

The statement was written by Sergei Rulev, a witness for the prosecution in the case of Anastasia Shevchenko, a former member of the federal council of Open Russia. For the second time, he demanded that Vlada be brought to administrative responsibility under the article on insult (Article 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of a Facebook post in which the girl described a meeting with him. The man complained about the words "reptile" and "scum".

Earlier, it was Rulev who wrote a statement to law enforcement agencies, after which a criminal case was opened against Anastasia Shevchenko for cooperation with an undesirable organization.

• Anastasia Shevchenko was a member of the federal council of Open Russia. In January 2019, a criminal case was opened against her for “carrying out the activities of an organization recognized as undesirable on the territory of Russia” (Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code), the first criminal case under this article.
• Shevchenko's criminal case was based on two administrative protocols under the article on cooperation with an undesirable organization (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is also the basis for other criminal cases against former members of Open Russia - Maxim Vernikov , Yana Antonova and Anton Mikhalchuk .
