
The Kolpinsky District Court refused the representatives of the Public Supervisory Commission (PMC) to Yana Teplitskaya and Roman Shirshov in satisfaction of the claim against the administration of the Krestov-2 pre-trial detention center. This was reported by the United press service of the vessels of St. Petersburg.
Human rights activists asked the court to recognize the rights to interrupt the conversation with the accused in a terrorist attack in the metro of St. Petersburg by Abror Azimov, as well as the ban on conducting conversations with the conclusions of the Krestov-1 pre-trial detention center. On April 20, an employee of the pre -trial detention center interrupted the conversation of the PMC members with Azimov when he began to talk about torture in the FSB. The conversation was recorded on the video.
The meeting was held closed due to the fact that the case materials contained a secret protected by law. At the same time, the defendant did not explain what kind of information we are talking about. Lawyer Grigory Weipan, representing the interests of human rights activists, said that the decision would appeal.
