On October 7, the Moscow City Court rejected the defense of the protection of two young children to Danil fugitive to the father of two young children - he will serve in a general regime in a colony for who wanted to help a person in the shares on July 27 in the center of Moscow. The fugitive agreed on a business meeting in the coffee shop on Bolshaya Dmitrovka. But he could not pass by the hard detention of a man - the fugitive pulled one of the police officers by the hand, which is why he allegedly experienced pain.

In court, Danil Runner apologized to the ensign of the police Nikitin. At the request of Danil, his wife Diana transferred 10 thousand rubles to the policeman to the account as compensation for non -pecuniary damage. But Nikitin said that he was not satisfied with this - the fugitive should answer "by law."

The children are waiting for Danila at home: the son of Alyosha (he is 2 years old) and the daughter of Alice (she is 4 months old). Danil was with his son, as his wife says, 24 to 7. Since August, his wife Diana has not seen Danil - their marriage was not registered, and common children are “not the basis for the meeting”.

Recently, he got into a toy car near the garden, began to scream so that his mother sat back - he would go for her dad. “It's time to go after the dad, it's time to call him” - he tries to get through my phone. He knows how. But dad is turned off. "
