The story of the student, who was called to the military registration and enlistment office after the detention on the rally on July 27

From the very beginning of summer protests against the inadmissions of candidates for elections to the Moscow City Duma, their participants were threatened with close attention from the military enlistment offices. Soon, detainees at rallies began to receive summons. OVD-Info talked with one of those who came the agenda. The young man went to the military registration and enlistment office, where he was offered to write an explanatory.

They detained me on July 27 on Trubnaya, when they cordoned off the square. In Avtosak, I was with Maria Alekhina (Pussy Riot participant- ATS-info ). We were arranged in the Sviblovo police department until five or six in the morning, then for two days we were taken to the North Medvedkovo police department, then 15 thousand rubles were awarded.

At the very beginning of August, I found a summons from the military registration and enlistment office, which stuck in the doorbell. And not in my door, but in the door, which separates the access platform from the hall with apartments. It was written on the agenda that I need to come to the military registration and enlistment office on October 1 to clarify the materials of military registration. Everything is right, but usually such a summons are sent in October: every autumn call I need to provide a piece of paper to the military registration and enlistment office that I am studying at the university. The agenda itself is legitimate, but it is strange that it was brought in August, and it is not clear why they did not put it in a mailbox.

I took a certificate at the university and came to the military registration and enlistment office in early October. I go into the office, which I usually come to, I give this certificate. I call the surname. In the office there is a woman who should enter information about me to the database. She found me in the base, next to my surname it was written: "From 1.08 to the GSP."

I did not quite understand how the GSP (the city assembly point-from there, the conscripts are sent to the military units- the OVD-info ) is deciphered, but the employee of the district military registration and enlistment office told me that this is the city military registration and enlistment office. I told her about the agenda that was brought in early August. She was surprised, went to the next office, because she did not understand what to do with me. There she asked some man, he said: "So they write to those who were detained [at rallies], they need to write an explanatory."

Next, I recorded the conversation-I will send you a record, but you do not publish audio (eat at the disposal of the OVD-info). She said: "The police throw off the decree that the military commissariats should do some work with those who were delayed in protests." She was indignant: “What the hell?! We cannot carry out work, we are a military registration and enlistment office - we can send or not send it to the army. ”

The employee of the military enlistment office invited me to write an explanation addressed to the military commissar. In the explanation, indicate that I was just walking with a girl next to the rally venue, and detained me by chance. She gave a pen and paper, showed how to make a hat explained.

I wrote in the chat of my car carrier. There is one of the lawyers of the “Apology of Protest”, Alexander Baeva from the ATS-Info and other participants in the chat advised not to write such paper. I thought that, indeed, this is not necessary. The woman left the office somewhere. I threw her papers that she gave me, and dumped from the military registration and enlistment office. I already gave a certificate from the university by that time.
