In Moscow, near the representative office of Chechnya, activists who were standing with a single picket in support of LGBT, and nearby people, 10 people in total, were detained. This was reported by a member of the LGBT initiative Action! Anastasia Rezyuk.
The picket was dedicated to the International Coming Out Day. The picketer was holding a banner reading “Gays are being killed and tortured in Chechnya. Where are the criminal cases? Two more people stood in turn with him in the picket. Police officers, without identifying themselves and presenting nothing, detained a picketer who handed out several brochures about the Coming Out Day to journalists, and activists who were nearby, as well as two provocateurs.

One of the detainees said that the two provocateurs who were detained together with them had already been released. According to her information, they are NOD (National Liberation Movement) activists.
