Public Defender: Supporters of "Artillery Preparing" exert pressure in the colonies

On Sergey Ozerov and Oleg Dmitriev, sentenced to 8 years in connection with the “revolution” of Vyacheslav Maltsev, are pressure in the colony. This was reported to the OTD-INFO by the public defender Inna Kholodtsova.

Currently, Sergey Ozerov is in IK-27 of the Kirov region. According to Kholodtsova, he was drawn up for him for the fact that he did not have time to say hello to representatives of the administration twice. Ozerov plan to send to strict conditions of detention (SUS) in the near future, as the public defender emphasized, due to “far-fetched reasons”.

The second person involved in the case, Oleg Dmitriev, for 4 months for 4 months, cannot receive medical care after the leg of the leg. Even in the pre-trial detention center, Dmitriev received a heavy fracture in the knee area, which did not manage to stop within 3 months by the beginning of the transfer to IK-5 of the Sverdlovsk Region. Despite the fracture, Dmitriev in the pre -trial detention center was forced to sleep on the upper tier, and during the transfer to the colony, crutches were taken from him. According to Kholodtsova, Dmitrieva was promised a month ago to be sent to the hospital in Yekaterinburg, but so far the colony administration has not done this.

Information about the third convicted person in the case of November 5, 2017 by Oleg Ivanov, who was sentenced to 7 years, neither the public defender nor relatives have. Ivanov has health problems, from the end of August he is transferred to the place of serving a sentence.
