For several months now, repressions have been continuing in the Chechen Republic of growing against members of the close circle of Ramzan Kadyrov. In places of illegal imprisonment, the basements of “secret prisons”, from several days to weeks and even months, are not only high -ranking Chechen officials, but also their relatives, guards and the nearest environment.

For torture, detainees receive information about illegal businesses, describe and select almost all property. Those who are released are obliged to pay to the fund to them. Akhmat Kadyrov multimillion donations.

The stripping of the nearby circle began in early August, a few days after dismissal from the post of mayor of Argun Ibrahim Temirbaev - a man to whom Kadyrov had been an hostile attitude to many years and nevertheless endured for a long time.

A rustling conspiracy

Temirbaev is a Chechen official not known to the federal media, but in Chechnya (and especially in the Argun) he possessed great power and poor glory. On the one hand, he implicitly executed all the punitive orders that were launched from above, directly participating in the abduction of those whom the local authorities suspected of involvement or sympathy of the Chechen underground.

It was with Temirbaeva Argun and Argun “Secret Prison” on the basis of the city OMVD thundered throughout the world in connection with the cleansing of representatives of the Chechen LGBT community.

On the other hand, Ibrahim Temirbaev worked in the chair of the Argun leader for 15 years and overgrown with a fairly large base of supporters and ties, including outside Chechnya. He did not owe his career and a place that brought his family a huge prosperity to Ramzan Kadyrov, and therefore, as far as this, of course, was possible in today's Chechnya, was one of the relatively independent officials.

The hostile attitude towards Temirbaev, Ramzan Kadyrov, appeared back in 2006, when a fierce struggle for power between the then President Alkhanov and Ramzan Kadyrov, the youngest son of the murdered in May 2004 Akhmat Kadyrov, was in Chechnya.

On the side of Alkhanov, the Brothers of the Yamadaevs performed, at that time - the most powerful clan of Chechnya. Also in Nalchik in 2006 a meeting was held, at which the Chechen security officials influential at that time also offered Alkhanov their support.

In particular, the meeting was attended by: the head of Argun Ibrahim Temirbaev, the commander of the Chechen riot police, Arthur Akhmadov and his deputy Buvadi Dahiev, Akhmat Kadyrov Service Service Shamil Magomaev (then headed the Argun District Department of Internal Affairs, Vedensky and the Silkovsky districts, then became a deputy of the Republican Parliament), and amnated by his cruelty, known for his cruelty The militant Idris Gaibov (later he was appointed prefect of the Oktyabrsky district of Grozny, then became a deputy of the republican parliament) and others. Alkhanov flew out of Moscow already an all -off to the republic (although nominally her president), but due to his indecision, he never leaned towards a power confrontation with his young, but desperate competitor.

Information about this gathering reached Kadyrov and, despite the seemingly prescription of events, the echoes of the incorrect “Nalchik conspiracy” still make themselves felt about.

So, last year, two deputies of the republican parliament - Idris Gaibov and Shamil Magomaev were deprived of the mandates and then deprived of mandates. During this July wave of stripes raised by the detention of Ibrahim Temirbaev, Shamil Magomaev was repeatedly detained, but Idris Gaibov was able to quickly leave the republic (they say that already the country). Sources of Novaya Gazeta report that Shamil Magomaev is the “core” and could not withstand torture. And because of the escape of Gaibov, his close relatives were detained, so far they are in the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kurchaloevsky district. “Novaya Gazeta” managed to get in touch with the wife of one detainee, but it was not possible to convince her to write a statement about the abduction of her husband. The woman is mortally scared.

However, fear today covered the entire Chechen elite. One by one, high -ranking Chechens are delivered to the police cellars and, under torture, is knocked out recognitions of Ramzan Kadyrov in the loweredness.

It was the manifestations of disrespect for the ruling family, admitted by these people in private conversations or meetings, that became the main reason for the detention of themselves and their relatives, as well as those on whom they testified.

Ibrahim Temirbaev himself was detained in early August, three days after his resignation from the post of mayor of Argun and literally on the eve of his appointment as an adviser to the head of Chechnya.

Young Kadyrov

During these three days, Ibrahim Temirbaev in telephone conversations with different people with open text and most inappropriately expressed everything that he thinks about Ramzan Kadyrov and his family, and, I must say, found great support from the interlocutors. To make it clear: the position of mayor of Argun, which Temirbaev occupied over 15 years, gave the latter great opportunities for his own enrichment. The position of “Advisor Kadyrov”, which Temirbaev was thrown like a bone, is not provided with any sources of income.

And since instead of Temirbaev, the mayor of Argun was appointed 28-year-old relative of the head of Chechnya Khas-Magomed Kadyrov, there were no indignation.

The appointment of a young Has-Magomed to manage the second largest population to the city in the republic is really able to provoke any adequate Chechen to disloyal conversations.

No matter what they say about the great managerial potential, Khas-Magomed Kadyrov actually only has one experience-in the plugging of “personnel holes”, formed for various reasons, and most importantly-, due to the personnel deficit in the republic, in which neither social nor professional elevators work due to the uncontrolled and almost absolute power of one family.

Khas-Magomed Kadyrov’s career began at the very moment when in December 2016, one of the closest Kadyrov of the Chechen security officials was placed in the cellars of the Terek’s gatherings: a childhood friend, a native of the family village of Kadyrov Kadyrovo-Khasan Asukhanov (also a phenomenon known under his second name). At that moment, Asukhanov served as the head of the department for combating drugs of the Republican Ministry of Internal Affairs. The reason for the detention: a childhood friend contacted a woman who belongs to the “untouchable” caste. During the Turkish Sultan of Suleiman the Great, such ladies were called “concubines of the harem”, in Chechnya they carry the proud title of “folk artists”. But the essence, by and large, is one.

Asukhanov was kept in Terek for several months and thoroughly punk every day. One of the employees of Terek regularly reported to the New Gazeta about the worsening state of Asukhanov and asked to intervene.

Despite the fact that it was Asukhanov that was directly related to the murder of our colleague Natalia Estemirova, the editors sent a request for his fate to the Republican Ministry of Internal Affairs and the federal authorities.

In the request, we indicated that Asukhanov is the most important witness in the case of the murder of Natalia Estemirova. However, no one answered where the whole head of the drug fighting department suddenly disappeared in Chechnya. In the end, the mutilated Asukhanov was released, taking away from him and his family all the property, with the exception of his mother’s house. After 9 months, then the very young 25-year-old Khas-Magomed Kadyrov, who was working for nothing that was not meaningless, the mayor of the Grozny, was appointed to his place.

Regarding Khas-Magomed Kadyrov, his classmates for the legal faculty of Chechen State University said the following: he did not come to study often, in expensive cars, behaved within the framework of decency, and studied poorly. The possession (both oral and written) Russian language was in question. However, this did not prevent the Has-Magomeda from leading the Grozny police in three months and get into the headlines of the federal media, since a bunch of officers suddenly found herself in the subordination of the younger lieutenant, which are older in rank.

Wiretapping

The basis for the detention of Ibrahim Temirbaev was wiretapping his telephone negotiations after resignation. In conversations with various leaders, including officials of all the power structures of the republic, Temirbaev desperately criticized the local authorities

And in his hearts he expressed an extremely dangerous position in Chechnya: “I don’t change the flags”, “I keep the fidelity of Russia, not these bearded people”, “I serve and will serve Russia, and not these morons” and the like.

Here we must understand that, despite the endless oaths in the fidelity of Moscow, the “Putin’s infantryman” himself, the waters still remain in the republic between those who have never been underground, and those who have been and then switched to the side of Russia after the first Chechen war for independence.

Since 2003, power in Chechnya belongs to the last, that is, in fact, to the defectors. And there is still a resentment of Russia with those Chechens who have never betrayed its interests and received nothing for such fidelity.

In fact, we can already finally understand why Moscow made a bet on former separatists and militants and why the same Akhmat Kadyrov should really erect a monument in Chechnya. And Yamadaev, by the way, too. In 1999, when Gudermes stood at Kon with its considerable population, they did not allow massacre along the Grozny scenario and surrendered to federal forces a city without blood, retaining a huge number of lives. At that historical moment, none of the “professional” Chechens had and closely such a power to decide the fate of Chechnya. This power was with yesterday's militants. And power too.

Over the years of the reign of Ramzan Kadyrov, who in words tirelessly follows the through his father, with the assessments of recent historical events, an understandable incident occurred. The existing system of power, which, under the Kadyrov-Sin, has become absolute and irreversibly destructive for the fundamental foundations of Chechen society, it would be impossible to imagine under the Kadyrov-patter.

If Akhmat-Haji be alive, he would be the first critic of order in the republic today.

Ramzan Kadyrov literally broke through the corpses to power and made her sole. Therefore, in today's Chechnya, Ramzan is at first swore allegiance to and only then - Moscow, but in no case is opposed to Moscow and Kadyrov.

Ibrahim Temirbaev made an unforgivable mistake, for which he paid almost everyone. And for this reason, the attempt of the envoy of the North Caucasus Federal District Alexander Matovnikov to stand up for Temirbaev not only did not bring success, but rather harm. Matovnikov turned to the “brother of Ramzan”, but Kadyrov, who had previously shown the location to the new plenipotentiary at every opportunity, chopped off Matovnikov so sharply that he immediately proposed to forget about the request and Temirbaev.

Temirbaev himself was told about Matovnikov’s attempt to protect him, and then they were beaten even more.

In this situation, only one thing is not very clear - as a wiretapping of telephone conversations Temirbaeva came to Kadyrov.

In principle, it could be carried out in the republic with several departments. For example, the operational and technical department (OT) of the FSB control under the Czech Republic. Local GO, as, in fact, the FSB for the Czech Republic, is the largest in number of all regional departments of the Federal Security Service. In total, the number of employees is about 1,700 people. The main task is to collect information on Chechnya, but the management is not limited by this region. Operational actions are carried out at least throughout the North Caucasus Federal District. At the same time, it is extremely unlikely that Temirbaeva “merged” local employees of the Federal Security Service, and they could not sell such information. If a few years ago, with a different head of the FSB for the Chechen Republic, this was possible, then now no one from Kadyrov’s entourage has “moves” to the management. Even the leadership of the local Ministry of Internal Affairs receive data from the ORM (operational-search measures) from the FSB for the Czech Republic is extremely problematic.

Immediately after the wiretap came to Kadyrov (he showed it to a large number of people), Temirbaev, his relatives, security - all were detained, the dismissal of his proteges went, searches were held in Temirbaev, a large number of weapons were found. What is curious. Despite the fact that searches, of course, were not authorized by the court, the weapon was seized and described by all the rules of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. In case it will not be possible to deal with Temirbaev in any other way, except for the initiation of a criminal case against him. This, of course, is a dubious scenario of the development of events, but Kadyrov, in fact, does not really have another way to truly radically deal with his opponent.

People from the encirclement of Kadyrov save their publicity from Kadyrov's entourage. It is completely impossible to hide the reprisal against this level by a local official, given what forces they know and tried to intervene in the situation (the same Matovnikov).

However, until now, Kadyrov has never used the Russian law to punish the guilty former ally. The case was limited to many-day (sometimes multi-month) conclusion in some basement, beating, bullying and humiliation, deprivation of the position and expropriation of the loot. And in this sense, Ramzan Kadyrov did not stop even family ties.

When another young relative of Islam Kadyrov fell on his connections (through his cousin Valid Yakhikhanov) with the most sworn enemies of Ramzan - the Yamadaev brothers, and was also convicted of drugs and corruption (moreover),

Uncle ruthlessly lowered the Chechen concepts of his nephew.

Islam Kadyrov was deprived of security, removed from his post, beaten. His (yesterday is also the deputy chairman of the Chechen government) forced to work as a janitor, and then made a guard at the entrance to the family village of Kadyrovs centered. Well, of course, they took everything away, even the duck farm, which the nephew rebuilt to the funds earned by unrighteously.

"Box of Pandora"

With Temirbaev, everything is much more complicated. Having gained access to the wiretap, Ramzan Kadyrov, in some way, opened the “Pandora box”: too many close people were guilty of hypocrisy when they swore in the face in the eternal fraternity, and it turns out, they called the Earthworm for their eyes.

At the moment, from various numerous sources, it has become known about the detention

• Minister of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Chechen Republic Ruslan Yakhyev ,

• former Minister of Forestry Dikmagomed Mulaev ,

• Former Deputy Prime Minister on a social bloc, a fellow villager and friend of the senior Kadyrov Khalida Vaikhanov .

• The cellars of the Terek collection were visited even by the Ilor of Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Chechen Republic Shamkhan Denilkhanov . And if it weren’t for Medni Musaevna, the wife of Ramzan, who asked, in the words of one of the sources of the “new”, “not to finish off the husband of his sister,” the fate of the head of the regional traffic police would be the same issue as the fate of Ibrahim Temirbaev.

More eloquently, the absence of birthday congratulations (October 5) from numerous “dear brothers” spoke even more eloquent about those who thickened over the Alaudin. More recently, Alaudinov’s congratulations even with such nonsense as the presentation of a diploma at the end of some continuing education courses, they synchronously forgot about the existence of the “dear brother” of APTI. All as one!

The list of detainees is far from full, but vast. Detention and searches go not only in the houses of “traitors”, but also the family villages of all their many relatives.

Hundreds of people were at risk of loss of work. И не только сами высокопоставленные чиновники — заявления об уходе заставляют писать всех их родственников и ставленников.

В принципе, к массовым репрессиям Чечня привычна, непривычна она только к такому контингенту задержанных. По сути, мы наблюдаем первую в своем роде масштабную зачистку правящей в республике элиты. Впрочем, учитывая характер власти, отстроенный в Чечне, рано или поздно это должно было случиться.
