Two regions of the northwest completed the resettlement program from dilapidated housing by 0%

The Housing and Public Utilities Fund published a report on the implementation of the resettlement program from emergency housing on October 1, 2019. The Republic of Komi, the Pskov Region and St. Petersburg have fulfilled the resettlement plan by 0%.

In the Pskov region in 2019, 2.1 thousand people were supposed to resettle, 7.7 thousand people in Komi, and 240 people in St. Petersburg.

In the Leningrad Region, the resettlement program was executed by 5.4%, in Karelia - by 36.1%. The rest of the north-west regions fell into the category of subjects that satisfactorily coped with the resettlement: Novgorod-by 70.8%, the Arkhangelsk region-67.2%, Vologda-60.6%. The leaders of the Murmansk and Kaliningrad regions, they fulfilled the plan 100%.

25 regions of Russia reported on the implementation of the plan, 50% of the plan were able to fulfill nine subjects. 13.73 billion rubles were allocated from the budget for the resettlement of people from emergency housing.
