Researchers suggested irradiation of packaged chicken eggs with a nanoso -junk bundle of electrons. Electrons and active forms of oxygen, primarily ozone formed from the air, jointly cause the death of microorganisms. The procedure avoids secondary pollution, while the egg retains surface sterility throughout the entire storage period.
Experts have found that for complete disinfection, it is necessary to submit 25 pulses of electrons with a total dose of 5 Kilrarey. With this effect, the absorbed dose in the protein will not lead to changes in biological tissues.
The chickens hatched from disinfected eggs were healthy, active and well developed. At the same time, the time of excretion was reduced by six hours.
