"Why not kill, mom will reap again." Suspects in cruel beating were free for the month

In Krasnoyarsk in the evening of October 15, a folk gathering was held at the building of the regional prosecutor's office. The audience demanded a fair and open investigation of a criminal case, initiated against 29-year-old Andrei Shilov and 24-year-old Sergei Shmelev. A month earlier, on the night of September 14 to 15, they, according to investigators, beat their acquaintance, 31-year-old Dmitry Sisigin, who died in intensive care in three weeks, October 6.

Immediately after the emergency, a criminal case was opened under part 1 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of serious harm to health). And after the death of Sisigin, the case was retrained to part 4 of the same article - serious harm to health, which resulted in the death of the victim. However, until yesterday evening Shilov and Shmelev were free. The version was distributed in social networks that the reason for this was the senior parents of Andrei Shilov.

That is why the townspeople decided to draw a gathering and a series of single pickets. And although Shilov and Shmelev were detained the day before, late in the evening of October 14, the organizers decided not to cancel the action. On the evening of October 15, about a hundred people went to the building of the regional prosecutor's office.

- There are already a lot of information from various sources about the desire of the Shilov family to bring a round amount to Shmelev so that he will take on everything. Pope Shilov, like himself, openly declared: "You are all lying, everything was wrong, the investigation goes, and time will tell who is guilty." This quote will bring anyone to a stupor, ” says one of the organizers of the gathering.

The incident received a special resonance after the videos that Andrei Shilov allegedly shot in the apartment of his victim directly at the time of the reprisal and sent them to a common with a Sisigin acquaintance in Watsap. On the records, Shilov smiles and jokes about what is happening. His face, apparently, is in his blood.

The versions of what exactly happened on the night of September 14 to 15, differs. According to one of them, three young people in the evening of the 14th met in the club, there was a conflict that ended in a fight. Shilov and Shmelev, seeing the state in what Dmitry Sisigin was located, allegedly brought him to the apartment and called an ambulance.

According to another version, Shmelev, Shilov and Sisigin were familiar for several months, and quite close, and the quarrel between them arose due to some telephone conversation. Soon after him, Andrei Shilov and Sergey Shmelev arrived home to Dmitry Sisigin and began to beat him at first in the entrance, and then in the apartment. It is such a course of events that was set out, in particular, in the official message of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Shilov and Shmelev, according to this version, broke the Sisigin Skull, beat him to half to death. He died in the hospital 22 days after the incident - October 6. He never came to consciousness.

And tonight, that is, after the detention, another story appeared on the page of Andrei Shilov on the VKontakte social network. It is settled by a certain "group of comrades", which "knows these guys from the reverse side."

"People, do not draw hasty conclusions!" - write "comrades". According to their statement, “the video that walks over the network is mounted,” and Andrei Shilov at the moment when Dmitry Sisigin needed medical care, was generally in another place.

"Shilov left for a taxi in the club. Sergey Shmelev remained with Sisigin, with whom they continued to drink alcohol and drink drugs. It is noteworthy that some time ago, the page in support of Andrei Shilov was created on Instagram. Now it is removed, but the posts in VK are actually duplicated.

The appearance of such pages, as well as the fact that Shilov and Shmelev were free for a month after the emergency (by the way, for both this is not the first criminal case : one was convicted of fraud and robbery, the other for robbery and illegal circulation of drugs), their acquaintances are associated with the fact that Andrei Shilov has high -senior parents. “As they said, they now drain everything on this Shmelev, who has neither money nor ties,” Kristina Vasilieva notes.

Now, after the detention of Andrei, the phones of his parents are not responding, but earlier Ivan Shilov told the Mira Prospekt that the case, excited against his son, is a “lies”, which allegedly spreads due to the beginning of the election campaign.

“You do not know the nuances of the case. What is being published now is a lie, the investigation is going on and the time will tell who is to blame. They made some kind of monster,” said Andrei Shilov the day before the detention of MK in Krasnoyarsk.

After the death of Dmitry Sisigin in the Krasnoyarsk vs community on Instagram, an appeal appeared on the holding of the regional prosecutor's office on October 15, the “folk gathering and single pickets” demanding the arrest of Shilov and Shmelev.

Is it a coincidence or not, but they were detained less than a day before the action - late on the evening of October 14. That is, a month after the incident and a week after the death of Sisigin.

Now the law enforcement agencies claim: the investigation will be conducted, as they say, "despite the faces."
