The Oktyabrsky District Court of Belgorod arrested a local resident, Mark Morozov, for posting a video “Let's Remind Crooks and Thieves of Their 2002 Manifesto” online. This was reported by MBH Media with reference to the court order.
Morozov was found guilty under the article on the distribution of extremist materials (Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The September 20 ruling states that Morozov “confessed to what he had done,” but the court decided that the imposition of a fine would be inappropriate, since such a punishment “would not ensure the implementation of the tasks of administrative responsibility.”
For the same video, on September 23, the Sverdlovsky District Court of Belgorod fined two more people - Alexei Lagutin and Nikolai Shirikov . Both were fined two thousand rubles, writes MBKh Media.
