In Zarinsk, adoptive children accused their guardians of bullying. The stepmother punished them due to minor oversights and gave them psychotropic drugs. The Investigative Committee began checking.

A family from Zarinsk, where a guardian could beat and drink minors with psychotropic drugs, will be checked after media publications, according to the website of the RF IC in the Altai Territory.

“During the audit, it is necessary to give a legal assessment of the actions of a woman-Opekun for improper performance of the duties of raising minors and causing moral and physical suffering to them,” the department said. “In addition, investigators will also evaluate the actions of employees of the guardianship and trusteeship bodies, whose responsibilities include supervision of families raising children under guardianship.”

Earlier, a teenager named Alexei told IA REGNUM about the bullying of the guardians. According to him, he and his three brothers and sisters ended up in the foster family four years ago, when the boy was 13 years old, his sister - 11, his brother - 6, and the youngest sister - 5. The guardians also brought up two more adopted children: a girl and her younger brother.

The Opecun woman began to behave strangely on the day of the arrival of children in a new family, Alexey noted: “That same evening, when we came to them, there was such a moment: Lily [the adopted daughter] washed her underpants and forgot to take it off after drying. And the guardian says: “You need to teach her. Go wear her underpants on your head, come to us and laugh at her.” This is how our acquaintance happened. I will regret, of course, but then we went and did everything like that, because we considered that she was a guardian and much older than us, she needs to obey her. So on the first day she used us to humiliate the girl. We laughed, Lily cried. But that was only the beginning. ”

The guardians, according to the young man, bought new clothes to children only to show them to the guardianship authorities, and then they took them and asked to “deserve”. “Whoever was too long as he could, but still did not receive things. The first winter I and my sister Natasha took place in demi -season clothes. It was very cold. And for a few kilometers, a bus drove us to school. In order to get to it, it was necessary to go a decent distance to the stop, and there is still to wait, ”said Alexei.

The children allegedly lived in the same room for a long time in one room, they were constantly loaded with hard work: they were forced to clean the sheds with manure, to independently clean the rural road and sprinkle the beds with their hands. “We worked a lot. The family kept goats and chickens. During the winter, half of the barn with manure was recruited. We cleaned all this stench for several days. The potatoes were only hung up with their hands and the beds were laid with their hands - we did not give us tramps <...>, the teenager noted. - I remember, once in the morning it was very early - the frost was strong - we did not go to school, but we were forced to go in the dark, clean this road. We cleared more than half kilometers, and my sister froze hands. And so every time it was: the road would notice - we ourselves had to clear it. They say you want us to go for bread for you, clean your own way. ”

They fed children three times a day according to the schedule, did not give the supplement. They were forbidden to lie on the beds during the day and enter the house without permission. They did not let go of, but for the slightest offenses were beaten by a hose from the washing machine: “They could beat for a bad rating. According to Alexei, the children were forced to drink the drug "Neptil". It belongs to a group of antipsychotics and is used in the treatment of schizophrenia. The children wanted to sleep from him, and in the morning he got up without strength, "like a zombie." The prescription for the medicine was given by the doctor after a complaint of guardianship about the poor behavior of children.

Now Alexei, along with the older half -sister, are in another foster family. His two sisters and younger brother, as well as a half -brother, remained at the former guardians.
