YouTube, LiveJournal, 2ch and fishki.net, at the request of Roskomnadzor, removed information on how to illegally cross the Russian border

YouTube, LiveJournal, 2ch and fishki.net, following notification from Roskomnadzor, restricted access to materials that described how to illegally cross the state border of Russia.

Roskomnadzor reported that Russian courts in 2019 declared illegal information published on 11 Internet pages. It talked about places where you can cross the border, and also described how to hide such actions.

• In May 2019, the FSB of Russia reported that in the spring the number of attempts to illegally cross the Russian border in St. Petersburg increased by five to seven times.
