Another demarche of doctors: traumatologists left the Chelyabinsk hospital

The rebellion of the Nizhny Tagil surgeons, who wrote statements about dismissal in August this year due to salaries of 20–25 thousand rubles, gave an impulse a whole series of protests of doctors. In Perm, the doctors of the hospital No. 6 announced an indefinite strike, in the gubakh doctors refused part -time, demanding to increase salaries and eliminate the personnel deficit. In Satka and the village of the Oktbyarsky Chelyabinsk Region, ambulance officers filed applications for dismissal. Finally, at the beginning of the week it became known about the riot of doctors of the Kurgan Tubdasinter.

And on Thursday - new reports: traumatologists resigned from the emergency room of the Chelyabinsk GKB No. 6. According to the publication 74.ru, we are talking about three doctors.

“Indeed, there were dismissals,” the interlocutor in the hospital confirmed Novaya Gazeta. - But they did not occur on one day and not only in traumatology. There were reserved anesthesiologists, there were nurses. Over the past six months, ten people quit.

According to the interlocutor of the “new”, discontent in the hospital was brewing since March: then the medical facility passed to a new remuneration system.

- We were raised by salaries, but at the same time, almost all stimulating payments were canceled. Previously, my salary could have 11,000 rubles, and at the expense of the stimulating I got to 35,000.

Now I have a salary of 25,000 rubles, and I can’t do anything about it: only take a second bet and work for two.

The deprived traumatologists, according to their colleagues, could receive about 40,000 rubles in their hands. But for this money they had to constantly take on night duty.

- Now at night, as far as I know, one traumatologist works, which is helped by the doctors of the surgical department. In principle, this scheme has the right to life: in the emergency room, diagnostics are mainly carried out, and surgeons cope with this, ”says the hospital employee. - Another thing is that for the surgeon the emergency room is still an additional load, and it is not clear in what condition he then comes to his patients, as he later operates.

The interlocutors of the “New” in the GKB No. 6 note that the mass dismissals of doctors could be avoided if the doctors were returned to stimulating payments. In May of this year, the prosecutor's office of the Metallurgical District of Chelyabinsk put forward the corresponding requirement for the hospital administration. However, the return of payments did not occur.

The press service of the Chelyabinsk hospital No. 6 could not quickly answer the questions of the “new” about the dismissed doctors. The answer to the official request will be published upon receipt. The spokesman for the hospital, Ekaterina Doldin, only noted that two, not three traumatologist had resigned.

The city health department also confirmed that there were two reserved traumatologists. At the same time, one of them, according to officials, continues to work in the emergency room “on the terms of external part -time”. Reception of patients, say in the city health, do not surgeons, but other traumatologists from the trauma department.

Judging by the list of vacancies, in GKB No. 6 - one of the largest hospitals in Chelyabinsk, there are not enough therapists, surgeons, oncologists, traumatologists, otolaryngologists, pulmonologists, rheumatologists, endocrinologists, ophthalmologists, paramedics and nurses.
