
Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to regularly conduct research on consumer preferences and the characteristics of youth behavior on the Internet. The document published on the Kremlin website notes that this should give the authorities an understanding of how the information environment affects the formation of the views of young people.
In the same document, Putin ordered to create a coordination center on the basis of a non-profit organization, where they would produce Internet content for spiritual and moral education of youth.
The government must submit a report on the implementation of instructions by December 1, 2019.
