FBK filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Justice due to inclusion in the list of foreign agents

The Corruption Foundation filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Justice due to the introduction of foreign agents to the register. About this writes "Interfax" with reference to the lawyer of the FBK Vyacheslav Gimadi.

According to him, the lawsuit was filed with the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow. The fund asks to oblige the Ministry of Justice to exclude it from the registry and recognize the decision illegal.

The FBK was included in the register on October 9 due to "attempts to influence state authorities", as well as foreign financing. The fund allegedly transferred 140 thousand rubles to two sponsor from the USA and Spain.

The Spanish sponsor Roberto Fabio Monda Cardenas could not explain his actions. It is reported by "Medusa". In a conversation with the publication, whether he made two translations in favor of the FBC in September 2019, Monda confirmed that this is so. However, he found it difficult to answer why he did this, and could not even pronounce the name of the organization to which he transferred the money. Roberto Monda does not speak Russian, has never been to Russia, and, according to him, does not know anyone from Russia except a few girls in Spain.

The American sponsor of the FBK was a Russian citizen Yuri Maslikhov. He lives in Florida and owns a doors production business.
