“Ekovakhta” and its coordinator Andrei Rudomakha were fined 90 thousand for an interview with “MBH Media”

The World Court of Krasnodar fined 60,000 rubles for Environmental Watch in the North Caucasus and 30,000 rubles for its coordinator Andrey Rudomakha because of an interview with MBKh Media. It is reported by "Kommersant".

As the newspaper writes, Rudomakha and Ekovakhta were found guilty under the article on participation in the activities of an undesirable organization (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for an interview with MBKh Media, which the court considered a project of an undesirable organization Open Russia.

In April 2019, the court found Rudomakha guilty under a similar article for publishing materials on blogs on the Open Russia website and sharing publications with the movement’s logo on its resources, but in October the Supreme Court of Adygea overturned this decision .
