Two defendants in the case of the “new greatness” opened the veins in court after they were refused to change the preventive measure

In the Lublin District Court of Moscow, on October 17, during the consideration of the “New Greatness” case, two accused - Ruslan Kostylenkov and Vyacheslav Kryukov - were opened by veins. According to the lawyer, this happened immediately after Judge Alexander Maslov once again refused to change the preventive measure to not related to detention. Representatives of the court, citing doctors, reported that nothing threatens the life of the defendants.

On the charges of creating and participating in an extremist organization (part 1 and part 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), eight defendants are held: Ruslan Kostylenkov, Dmitry Poletaev, Peter Karamzin and Vyacheslav Kryukov are contained in a pre -trial detention center, the rest are Anna Pavlikova, Maria Dubovik, Maxim Roshchin and Sergey Gavrilov - under house arrest. The prosecutor's office believes that the group members were preparing a revolution and planning to seize power in the country. The defendants themselves categorically deny guilt.

At the last meeting, on Friday, the court investigated the next video of the prosecution. The four defendants, who are brought to the court from the insulator, were in the Aquarium. After watching the video of the bronks and Kryukov, they made petitions to change their measures for domestic arrest, but Judge Alexander Maslov refused to do this. After that, Kostylenkov shouted: "We will be free!" The accused caused damage to themselves. According to lawyer Svetlana Sidorkina, the act of young people was a cry of despair.

“The guys passed their nerves,” she believes. “They asked them to change the measure of restraint.” They referred to the fact that all evidence has already been obtained and investigated, wine has not been confirmed in any way. Rebrovsky was released (the case of the activist was considered in a special order, but subsequently he refused the testimony, saying that they were given under pressure), everyone was the same, but the conditions of stay are unequal. ”

After the incident, doctors were immediately called to the court, the first aid was provided by the defendants by the convoy. So the situation was commented by representatives of the court.

As the lawyer Dubovik Maxim Pashkov noted, police officers and the “large authorities of the FSIN” also came to the court, who tried to find out how this could happen. As a result, doctors reported that Kryukov’s life does not threaten anything, and Kostylenkov decided to hospitalize.

According to the friend of Ruslan, Tatyana Kolobakina, the accused experienced that the public forgot about the case of "new greatness".

In social networks, she published one of Kostylenkov’s letters, in which he wrote that for him “it would end deplorable”: “I think I am the end. Only a miracle or mass shares will be saved. But you need to fight to the end, I will do it. ”

A year and a half, four accused are in jail, and a trial has been going on since June. According to lawyers, no one visits the defendants, Kostylenkov has no relatives, and Kryukov has a mother, but she does not come to the courts.

“Well, what, I have no parents, there are no relatives, the protocol face, said sharp phrases, plus active and with leadership qualities. They saw a threat in me and are going to plant for a long time, ”Kostylenkov wrote to his girlfriend.
