On Monday, 20 employees of the Chernavsky branch of the Kurgan Regional TB Dispensary (New Gazeta wrote about the crisis in Coptd) and members of the Alliance of Doctors Trade Union decided to pick up labor books from the medical institution.

The decision was made after negotiations with the head of regional healthcare Larisa Kokorina - where the doctors of the branch were invited - the heads of the Alliance of Doctors Alliance Moscow Ophthalmologist Anastasia Vasiliev and a doctor from the Perm hospital No. 6 Anastasia Tarabrina. “You are not on the list,” they told them.

Earlier on Monday, attempts were already adopted to share the employees of the branch - as a rule, the middle and junior medical staff - and the leaders of the Alliance, young doctors from large cities: for the same hour they were offered different places of meetings and different compositions of the negotiators. Vasilieva and Tarabrina brought doctors with Kokorina (by the way, reassigned to the position of crisis) to the negotiations of the crisis) the additional agreement prepared by them for the employment contract. It stipulates various compensation measures and a labor schedule for doctors, who actually forced the closing of a branch in the village of Chernavskoye to go to work in Kurgan.

But you do not have to ride. Having left the cramped vestibule of the regional department of health, at the “ceremonial entrance”, the employees of the Chernavsky branch made a joint decision not to go alone for negotiations on employment conditions in Kurgan.

According to Vasilyeva, the doctors decided to dismiss "with tears in their eyes."

To understand the situation: at the beginning of the week, Vasiliev and Tarabrina survived with some of the employees and patients of the Chernavsky branch the actual siege without light and heat, as well as “terrible to trembling”, according to Vasilyeva, the night from Wednesday to Thursday, when the police entered the branch and by force led away patients and doctors sentenced to “conservation”.
