The secretary of United Russia in the Novosibirsk district was the local deputy and a medical waste utilizer Sergey Zubkov. He scored twice as many votes than the deputy of the Legislative Assembly Igor Grishunin, supported by the regional branch.

His closest rival - the chairman of the Committee on Social Policy of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region Igor Grishunin - scored 23 votes. The secretary of the primary department "Razdolnenskoye" Alexander Dudkin scored two votes, he was not at the party conference. The elections were held after the former secretary of the YP district and the regional parliamentarian Oleg Podima resolved powers.

The head of the re-division of “United Russia” and the first vice speaker of the Legislative Assembly Andrei Panferov congratulated the head of Zubkov: “He serves Russia and serves the Novosibirsk Region! [In the elections] in 2020 you will have to work a lot. ”

Before the secret vote procedure, candidates presented their programs. Igor Grishunin said that the party should remain unified, especially, before the upcoming elections to the Legislative Assembly, and his candidacy was agreed with the territories. The deputy said that he was supported by the regional branch of the party, and “all interviews and conversations” have already taken place.
