Samariddin Radjabov, the person involved in the “Moscow case”, was presented with a decision to involve three more people as victims - policemen Maksidov V.V., Kombarov A.A. and Vnukov A.Yu. This is reported by MBKh Media.
“Linnik D.A., Maksidov V.V., Kombarov A.A. and Vnukov A.Yu. said actions Radzhabova C.C. perceived as a real threat of violence against them, since the bottle thrown by him (Radjabov S.S.) (...) when falling on the paving slab created a sharp sound of impact, imitating the destruction of an unknown object with the danger of causing bodily harm, ”the decision says.
As Radzhabov's lawyer Sergey Badamshin notes, earlier Maksidov, Kombarov and Vnukov were witnesses in the case and claimed that they had not seen the bottle, which, according to the investigation, threatened the fourth victim, police lieutenant D. A. Linnik, who perceived the sound of the thrown bottle as threat.
On October 15, Radjabov was charged in the final version, according to which he is accused of threatening to use violence against a representative of power (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). Prior to this, Radzhabov was charged with attempted violence against a policeman (Article 318 with the application of Part 3 of Article 30 of the Criminal Code), since Lieutenant Linnik claimed that the thrown bottle hit him in the neck, but the collected evidence disproved this.
