According to Ovsyannikov, the cybercurines will work in Pskov if money is allocated from the regional budget for them. The search for prohibited information on the Internet will be volunteers from among students of local universities.
The police head of the Pskov region said that Cyberjine will find "cases of violence against children and suicidal groups, and also whether adolescents involve any other unlawful groups."
Earlier in the Murmansk region, a cyberpack was created on the basis of the Arctic State University.
In the State Duma, deputies have developed a bill on the interaction of law enforcement agencies and voluntary cyber-donos. They will look for potentially prohibited content on the Internet.
