The investigator in the case of Samariddin Radjabov filed a petition with the Basmanny District Court of Moscow to limit the time limit for familiarizing Radjabov's defense with the case materials. This is reported in the telegram channel "Human Rights Postcards".

The meeting to consider the petition of the prosecution will be held on October 31 in the Basmanny Court at 14:00. "Human Rights Postcards", clarifies that Radjabov will be present in the courtroom.

Earlier, one of the four police officers who were victims in the case of Radzhabov, V. V. Maksidov, refused to be a victim and resigned from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to the lawyer Radjabov Badamshin, the policeman Maksidov was not satisfied with the “role of the victim” offered to him by the investigation, and after the events of July 27, he resigned from the authorities.

Ignatiev clarified that the defense has so far been given only 3 hours for review.

The lawyer emphasized that in the conditions of the pre-trial detention center, where Ignatiev and the client get acquainted with the materials of the case, it is physically impossible to study several volumes of the criminal case in such a short time.

• On October 15, Radjabov was charged in the final version, according to which he is accused of threatening to use violence against a representative of power (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). Prior to this, Radzhabov was charged with attempted violence against a policeman (Article 318 with the application of Part 3 of Article 30 of the Criminal Code), since Lieutenant Linnik claimed that the thrown bottle hit him in the neck, but the collected evidence disproved this.
• In connection with the Moscow rally on July 27 for fair elections, during the dispersal of which the police detained at least 1,373 people, a criminal case was opened under articles on mass riots (Article 212 of the Criminal Code) and the use of violence against government officials (Article 318 of the Criminal Code). Until recently, 15 defendants in the case were known. On September 3, the Investigative Committee stopped criminal prosecution against five of them.
