In the Solikamsk correctional colony No. 9 (IK-9), from the approval of the administration, the convicted Alexander Vdovin was beaten, having broken his jaw, the founder of the human rights project Gulagu.net Vladimir Osechkin said about this.
According to him, Vdovin was familiar with the former prisoner of this colony Dmitry Sergeyev, who was beaten and raped for refusing to pay the FSIN to employees who systematically extorted money from the arrested.
The widow was tortured in the presence of the operatives of the IR and the chief of the detachment No. 1, Osechkin said. He explained that in the leadership of the colony they are looking for guilty in the leak of information about bullying and extortion by the FSIN employees and thus try to find out the informant.
“Now we are preparing urgent statements in the UK, the prosecutor's office, the FSIN and now in the Committee against the torture of the UN and KSU. Obviously, the Russian authorities do not want to independently restore order in the Perm torture “nine”, ”Osochkin emphasized.
With reference to the source, he also said that in the IK-9 sewing production illegally serves the employees of oil and gas companies and the Russian Guard, while most of the profit from the use of the labor of prisoners remains in the intermediary firms controlled by the generals and close to them-the employees of the Lukoil, Bashneft, Gazprom and the rear department of the Russian Federation.
“It is their connections even with such a resonance that an investigation into the Investigative Committee of the SK and the audit of prosecutors blocks. In this torture zone, where the disenfrance sew from 8 to 23 all six days a week, corrupt officials earn tens of millions of rubles. Rather, they make money, do not earn honestly, ”concluded Osechkin.
In mid-October, several people committed suicide in the Solikamsk IK-9 due to mockery by employees.
Prior to this, by order of the leadership of the colony, two raped their cellmate Dmitry Sergeyev for his refusal to cooperate with the leaders of the IR, who extorted money. After that, the Perm Ombudsman Pavel Mikov conducted the colony, but did not find any violations from the institution. He stated that Sergeyev was tortured due to "selfish interest, personal hostility between convicts and" other reasons. "
